Condurango cortex, condurango bark.
Composition of Drug
Condurango bark consists of the dried bark of the branches and trunk of Marsdenia condurango Reichenbach fil. [Fam. Asclepiadaceae], as well as its preparations in effective dosage.
The bark contains bitter principles, such as condurangin.
Uses
Loss of appetite.

Mode of Administration
